Requirements and Education

For Frontline Roles

High school diploma or hospitality certification
1–3 years’ experience in 4- or 5-star hospitality environments
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Professionalism, grooming, and guest-service excellence

For Culinary & Technical Positions

Vocational or culinary diploma/certification
Proven experience in kitchen or engineering roles
Knowledge of hygiene and technical safety standards

For Administrative & Support Roles

Degree or diploma in relevant field (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills
1–3 years’ UAE or international hospitality experience preferred

Salary and Benefits

Typical Salary Ranges (Dubai):

F&B and Front Office Roles: AED 3,500 – 7,000/month
Culinary & Engineering: AED 4,000 – 10,000/month
Supervisory/Admin Roles: AED 6,000 – 12,000/month
